During the day, this poolscape is a magnificent vanishing-edge pool that features classic details, including a Grecian key glass tile pattern on the pool bottom. At night, as twilight descends, a whole different pool emerges. Carefully planned to accent the bright lights of the city on the horizon, fiber optic lights explode with brilliance along the bottom of the pool.

Before beginning, Cipriano interviews a client using Luxuryscape,® a program that he developed to ensure a homeowner’s tastes and lifestyle are reflected in the design and make sure that the property can sustain the amenities a homeowner wishes to include. Cipriano takes the time to explore extras like fountains, outdoor kitchens, and pergolas to embellish a design. “We want to exceed every expectation,” Cipriano says. “The pool areas we construct are made to be enjoyed by the homeowner every day. Since 2007, Cipriano’s Ramsey design office, headed by certified landscape architect William Moore, won 34 awards for its creations, including the Northeast Spa and Pool Association’s Best of Competition award, and in 2009, Cipriano was honored with a Gold International Award of Excellence for pools with a vanishing edge from the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals.
