Guided by principles of simplicity and connection to nature, this pool is defined by clean lines and precise alignment with the home’s central axis. A vanishing edge extends toward the landscape, while a perimeter overflow spa appears to float within the composition. Dark finishes mirror the surrounding environment, and restrained material transitions create a cohesive, minimal setting shaped by light, reflection, and view.

CONNECTED FLOW AND DESIGN
Framed by long sightlines and a clean, structured layout, this outdoor space is organized around a linear pool that draws the eye directly toward the water beyond. Stepped loungers, turf inlays, and a linear fire feature introduce rhythm and contrast across the patio. A raised wall and infinity edge anchor the far end, reinforcing a composition defined by alignment, balance, and view.

SUNRISE RETREAT
Conceived as a modern desert sanctuary, Sunrise Retreat was designed to create a seamless relationship between architecture, landscape, and outdoor living. Strong horizontal rooflines define covered patios and entertaining zones, while expansive retractable glass openings blur the line between interior and exterior spaces. At the center of the design is a geometric pool with a dark glass-tiled negative-edge spa, submerged chaise lounges, and clean architectural detailing that aligns intentionally with the home’s structural framework. A fully integrated outdoor kitchen, built-in fireplace, and layered lounge areas support effortless entertaining while maintaining the home’s restrained modern aesthetic. The result is a cohesive outdoor environment that feels architectural, balanced, and deeply connected to its desert surroundings.

A refined waterfront retreat by Tipton Spires Design Build blends modern architecture with resort-style outdoor living. Anchored by a sleek negative-edge pool, the design pairs integrated fire and water features with layered tropical landscaping, warm wood accents, and distinct outdoor gathering spaces, including a cabana, spa-bar pavilion, and shaded lounge. Strategic lighting enhances reflection and atmosphere after sunset, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor environment designed for entertaining, relaxation, and elevated waterfront living.
