Top 10 Color Trends for Your Outdoor Space

According to the Pantone Fashion Color Report for Spring 2012, the hottest colors this season are a mix of vibrant brights, soft naturals, and lovely pastels. Take a look at the different ways you can add the top 10 color trends to your outdoor space.

1. Spring Color Trend – Tangerine Tango

Used as an accent or the main color scheme, this enticing orange hue is sure to stimulate your senses and brighten your mood. For a bold color statement, pair with complementary shades of blue. Earth tones such as brown, green, and white help tone the vibrancy for a more natural or modern look.

Sodalite blue takes its name from the gorgeous royal blue tincture of the mineral sodalite. A mix between Navy and Colbalt, it’s bold, but not too bright. It adds sophistication and a nautical flair on its own, but also acts as a calming, neutral base when paired with any of the season’s brighter colors.
