During the design consultation, ICONIC POOLS will meet at the client’s home, evaluate the property’s topography, utility locations, points of access, view lines and the intended use of the pool. ICONIC POOLS takes the time to get to know the client and their project desires in order to design the pool of their dreams.

Taking the information gained from the design consultation, ICONIC POOLS creates a design that enhances the home from key vantage points like entry ways, patios, and the primary bedroom. A 3D rendering, and detailed construction documents are then drawn up to communicate the overall project to the client and the craftsman charged with making the client’s dreams a reality.
Jody believes that proper management of any project takes deliberate inspection of each phase of construction. “My goal in the creation of ICONIC POOLS LLC was not to become the biggest luxury pool builder in the area, but to become the best,” comments Jody.
