The ninth-floor outdoor amenity deck is designed as a community hub. A resort-style pool with an expansive sun deck anchors the space, surrounded by lounge seating and shaded relaxation areas. Alfresco dining stations, including BBQ and summer kitchens, provide residents with multiple places to gather, dine, and unwind. The terrace bar and firepit lounge extend the use of the outdoor spaces into the evening.

The William integrates wellness amenities across both indoor and outdoor settings. Residents have access to a fitness center, yoga studio, outdoor training lawn, private spa treatment rooms, and locker facilities. These spaces reflect a focus on convenience and year-round healthy living.

Residences range from studios to three-bedroom layouts, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Interiors feature contemporary finishes, custom Italkraft cabinetry, quartz countertops, and integrated Bosch appliances. The project is designed by Carlos Ott in collaboration with Behar Font & Partners, with interiors by Urban Robot.

Located at 2040 NE 163rd Street, The William offers proximity to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Oleta River State Park, marinas, golf, and major transit connections, including I-95 and two regional airports.
