skyway to paradise

With a majestic view of the skyway connecting the island it calls home to the city of St. Petersburg, Florida, this outdoor retreat projects sophisticated simplicity by day and modern drama by night. The poolscape packs generous amenities and experiences into an economy of waterfront space.

This luxury project in Paradise Valley, Arizona, features an infinity-edge pool with an overflowing perimeter waterline. It has the amenities and features of a resort poolscape, including a sunken wood deck with a floating daybed.

Pool Environments, Inc. incorporated numerous amenities throughout the property to entertain and delight, including a shaded slide, diving board, raised spa, and multiple conversation areas. A custom handrail designed by Brad Holley doubles as a piece of art.

lazy Days

Inspired by a five-star resort, Ryan Hughes Design Build’s  Ballmont Lazy River project has streaming waters built to flow around and through an elegant and commercially appointed outdoor space, literally outside the family’s back door. Flowing for over 200 feet, the river passes fire features, sunken spas, and multiple venues for outdoor gathering and relaxation.

Built on a steep slope outside Asheville, North Carolina, it took over six months to excavate rock to create the site for the home and pool.  The cantilevered pool/spa combo includes an infinity edge with a million-dollar view.
